SV läxa om läsning

1. Jag övar mycket läsning i skolan t.ex som när man ska skriva en text, ta reda på fakta, göra uppgifter osv. Man läser ju hela tiden. 

2. Jag övar också min läsning när jag är ute på internet när jag t.ex skriver med vänner, lyssnar på musik för jag läser oftast texten till musiken så då över jag ju min läsning. Man övar ju också läsningen när man pluggar. 

3. Jag övar också min läsning när jag är ute bland folk på stan. Exempel på när man läser är 
tidtabeller, menyer, information, prislappar.  Även när man planerar för att gå på bio så läser man ju
vad filmen handlar om. När man ska köpa skönhetsprodukter så läser man ju oftast på baksidan om vad det är för produkt osv. 

Till frukost äter jag oftast en macka, en skål med yoghurt och cornflakes och dricker te.

MOJO 5

1    What does it feel like when something is 
            too challenging? Is it wrong that we 
            feel this way? 
            It feels like I not can do this because 
            it’s to hard. I don’t know. Yes a little bit
            if you will do something should you do it 
            and not be stoped because it’s to hard. You
            can ask someone for help. 
           
2        What kind of attitude should we take on when 
           facing a challenge, and why is that important? 
           We should think we gonna do it. We should 
            not be nervous and duobtful.

3        When taking on a challenge, it's okay to ask 
           for help or to take a break to reflect, like Mojo did! 
           Does this mean we aren't growing our brain anymore?

            No of course not. Your brain still growing. 

MOJO 4

1    What are neurons and how do we make 
            connections between our neurons? 
            Neurons is small things in your brain. When
            the neurons connect. They send electrial 
            signals. 

2         Think of an example where you made some 
            new connections in your brain. 
            What were you doing? 
            We made new connections everytime we 
             learn something new. For example 
             when I learn me cycling.  

3        What can you do this week to make some 
           new connections? Set one specific goal.

           I can learn me new things in school.

MOJO 3

        1         What should you do if you are stuck on a project, 
                       math problem, or other learning? 
                        If this happend to me. Would I ask my teacher or
                        my friends for help. So I also can learn and 
                        understand. 

2        Think of a time you were afraid to ask for help. 
                       Why did you feel afraid? 
                        I have never been afraid for ask for help. But I 
                       have maybe been afraid because I have think 
                       that everybody understand but not me. 
                     
3        Why is the word "yet" so powerful? Think of a "yet" 
                       moment in your life and describe it. 
                        If you not can something now can you learn it. 
                       For example when my dance teacher show us 
                       our new dance and all the dance moves. I 
                       always think oh this is so diffiult I can never
                       learn me this. But after a few weeks can I the 
                       dance. This is a example for the word ”yet”.

MOJO 2

1    What does the quote from the video, 
           "mistakes can make you smarter" 
            mean to you? 
            If you try to do something and you failed. Then you 
            can try again and learn from your mistakes
            and maybe it could be better then before. This 
            means ’’you can learn from your mistakes’’.

2         How can we learn from our mistakes? 
            Talk about a specific, recent example. 
             If you do a math test and you failed 
             then you can learn from that and 
             next time you do a math test you 
             can do it better. Beacuse you have 
             learn from your mistakes.

3         If you were building a robot and kept 
           "failing,” what would you do?
            I think I have try one more time or two. 

            But if I failed again. Then I would quit. 

MOJO 1

1     Why does Mojo want to leave school? Can you 
            sometimes relate to how Mojo is feeling? 
            He thinks he was smarter before and he thinks
            he doesn’t understand anything. So now Mojo will
            leave school because he doesn’t think is fun and 
            he doesn’t understand anymore. 

2          What does Katie say to Mojo to convince him 
            not to leave? 
            She says he doesn’t should leave school because 
            everyone can be smart if they work hard. It is 
            true everyone has a chance to work hard and 
            be smart. Don’t give up so fast. 

3         Do you think Mojo can become smarter? 
            Why or why not? 
            Yes of course he can be smarter. If he works 
            for it and dosen’t give up. Everyone can be good
            if they want to. I think Mojo should stay in school. 

4         What subject do you feel frustrated by sometimes? 
            Can you see yourself becoming smarter in that subject? 
            How?
            I don’t like English and that’s because I’m not so good 
            at it. But yes of course I think I can be better if I work

            hard and try my best. But it’s difficult.
